The document (Reg. No. 1601) suggests altering boundaries of Popasniansk and Slovianoserbsk regions of Luhansk Oblast with a view to arrange administrative and territorial relations in the condition of antiterrorist operation on the territory of Luhansk Oblast; and provide public vital activity in the village of Zholobok of Frunze village council of Slovianoserbsk region.
